After attending HVAC trade school, Miguel gained valuable experience working for larger HVAC companies, learning the technical side of heating, cooling, diagnostics, installations, and system performance. Along the way, he also saw common frustrations many customers faced, including poor communication, inconsistent service quality, confusing recommendations, and feeling like just another number in a busy schedule.

Those experiences ultimately led to the creation of MG Heating & Cooling. Rather than building a business centered on volume, Miguel focused on creating a company where customer relationships, workmanship, and communication remain priorities.
